CHARLIE Cast Makes a Difference at St. Anthony’s
Smiles abounded when company members of CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY (playing at the SHN Golden Gate Theatre through May 12), helped out at St. Anthony’s dining room. They, along with SHN staff, helped serve over 2,000 meals to residents that call San Francisco Tenderloin’s neighborhood home. With St. Anthony’s only 1/2 block from the Golden Gate’s stage door, they wanted to help make a difference in the life our of city during their short time here. And they had so much fun, they said they wanted to come back and do more. Thank you to company members Sabrina Harper, Tanisha Moore, and David Samuel for making a difference.
Volunteering at St. Anthony’s is but one of the many ways that SHN contributes to a better Bay Area. As an anchor of the Tenderloin and Mid-Market neighborhoods, we are dedicated to helping improve the lives of others.
